Sally
Mizerak has been enabling
leadership teams to clarify
their vision, strategic
direction, customer value
proposition and outcomes for
nearly 30 years. The unique
twist is that she has done much
of it with nonprofit and
government leaders who often
didn’t think in terms of
customers, value propositions
and measurable outcomes.
Sally has
been a leader in translating
business tools for nonprofit and
government use, including most
recently the Balanced Scorecard,
a private sector tool that
allowed companies to achieve
great success but was not
particularly friendly to small
business, nonprofits or local
governments.
Sally works
with leadership teams as a
facilitator/consultant,
enabling them to form solutions
to the challenges they face
while getting their people
behind a common goal. She also
speaks and trains locally,
nationally and internationally
on those topics that contribute
to developing successful
leaders and high performance
organizations.
Sally is a
member of NSAP’s Past Presidents
Council, having been president
in 1997, the year that NSAP
became a chapter. She is also
very active in civic initiatives
including the Allegheny
Conference Regional Investors
Council, CEOs for Cities and the
Rotary Club of Pittsburgh. She
has degrees from the
Pennsylvania State University
and the University of
Pittsburgh. |
