Celebrate Our Move
It’s official! NSA Pittsburgh will hold all its monthly speaker seminars in the main conference room of the Koppers Building at 436 Seventh Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh. More than 80% of you voted for the move. Now let’s celebrate! Join us on the 29th floor balcony after the Sept. 13 speaker seminar with Steve Gilliland for a celebratory toast. A Proud Moment
Past NSA Pittsburgh President Joe Mull, CSP had the crowd roaring at Influence 2025 in Arizona last month when he was named to the newest class of the NSA Hall of Fame. Joe just completed a term of service on the national board of NSA. Now he adds the Council of Peers Award for Excellence (CPAE) designation to his title. Watch Joe's speech here, and check out his snazzy blue tuxedo. Then come to the September speaker seminar at Koppers to congratulate him in person.
It Is What You Make It
Welcome NSA Hall of Fame speaker Steve Gilliland back to his Western Pennsylvania roots at our first speaker seminar this fall. The prolific author and speaker inspires audiences and NSA chapters across the country, but Pittsburgh is extra special for this Butler High School and Grove City College alum. Come to discover Steve’s formula how to shrink negatives, magnify positives, and create a ripple that becomes a legacy. Register today!
Last Story Standing
Michelle Hutchings-Medina of NSA NYC riveted the audience at Influence with her heartfelt story of her sister Pam and the importance of connections. NSA Oregon finalist Stefan Iaboni’s hilarious tale of a family Italian dinner that came with extra sauce had everyone laughing in the aisles. Cyber Security
The NSA Pittsburgh website uses 2-step verification to make sure our member information is secure. When you register for events or explore other member resources like our digital video vault, the website sends a 6-digit code to your email for secure login. Earlier this month, scammers emailed the chapter’s board,  whose emails are on the website. We reported the phishing attempt and no damage was done. Remember, neither I nor any NSA Pittsburgh board member will ever email you asking for money. Please report any suspicious emails you receive related to NSA Pittsburgh to admin@nsapittsburgh.org.
